Warranty and Return Policy


Any item(s) purchased directly from mu-tron.com can be returned for refund under the circumstances that you return the item with original packaging, in perfect mechanical, functional, and cosmetic condition and within 14 days
of receiving the item(s).

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If you are not satisfied with your  product, please contact us via email within 14 business days of receiving your order to receive an RMA number. After you receive your RMA, ship your product with a trackable shipping service (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to the address provided with the RMA on the outside of the package.

RMA’s must be returned within 7 days of receiving an RMA number.

Products must be returned in new condition, shipped in the original box, manual etc.  to qualify for a refund. Broken or damaged  pedals will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to deny a return in the case of excessive wear.

Upon receiving the returned item, Mu-Tron staff will inspect and test the item to verify it is in “new” condition, and in perfect working order. Upon the item(s) passing inspection, we will issue a refund or contact you with any questions/concerns. Refunds will be issued within 5 days of receipt of package by us. Mu-Tron retains the right to charge a re-stocking fee on returned Items that were shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) BUT that were found to be in less than new condition either functionally, mechanically, or cosmetically. Any item(s) received and kept for more than 14 days are automatically deemed non-refundable and will not be accepted for return even if found to be in “new” condition and perfect working order.[Please note: original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable]

All items purchased from authorized Mu-Tron Dealers are subject to the Dealer’s terms and conditions for Returns. Items purchased from authorized Mu-Tron Dealers cannot and should not be returned directly to Mu-Tron.

Warranty Repairs

Mu-Tron products carry a limited non-transferable 1 year warranty. If you believe you received a defective product, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@musitronics.com and we will respond quickly with assistance.

There may be repair fees for pedals damaged from user error like plugging in wrong power supply, being dropped etc. Pedals that are returned for repairs that are past our warranty will have a small repair fee (depended on issue) Please contact  us for more information: info@musitronics.com

How to Make a Return or Repair

Email us at info@musitronics.com to arrange for a Return Authorization (RA) number, which you need to write on the shipping label. Please do not write on the product box.

Before shipping for returns refunds, please note all of the following:

  • Item must be in brand new condition for
  • Item must be in complete original packaging
  • Include all original accessories
  • Include all original literature: manuals, stickers

Although tracking and insurance is not required, it is highly recommended.

In order to expedite your refund, please ship as soon as possible. The return will be processed within 5 business days of its receipt.  Please allow an additional business day to receive credit for the returned item.

For repairs, return the item with a trackable shipping service only after you have contacted us and received a RMA number. Properly padding the pedal is necessary, please do not just put the pedal in a box.
